Careful with this company. I paid for a 15 day unlimited global data plan and it just stopped working after 10 days. I filled out their contact us form and just received AI responses that kept looping me back to fill out their contact us form. No resolution was provided and they just stopped replying to my emails.

Very poor experience. I purchased a Ubigi eSIM plan for travel, but the connection was unstable/unusable and the actual service quality was far below what was advertised. I wasted time troubleshooting while traveling, and the support process was not helpful. I would not recommend Ubigi unless they improve network reliability, transparency, and customer support.

Random complete loss of connection
I was riding around a local town and needed data to help navigate with maps when it suddenly lost all connection, I’d been through this exact part of town and even more remote locations with zero loss of connection before but suddenly couldn’t reconnect even when I back tracked to where I for sure previously had connection. I tried resetting my phone to no avail. This effectively left me stranded as I had no way to find my way home. After an hour of wandering lost I found a place with free wifi and tried to troubleshoot the connection issue but not a single piece of advice offered on their web

A 30-day eSIM lost internet connectivity after 5 days of use. I used 10.47GB/25GB. Tried to contact the company on their web form, LinkedIn, Facebook, online chat, instagram - no response whatsoever. I have also bought a yearly plan with them to install on my other phone, but the plan didn’t come with a separate eSIM on my Ubigi account. The support was also totally silent regarding any options how to connect the second plan to a second phone. Basically lost money twice and didn’t get the advertised service. I paid $90 for unlimited data for 30 days and they started to slow down the network after 2 weeks with no warning. I couldn't do anything and had to purchase another plan with another provider. I don't recommend! Use Roamless instead.

Data doesn’t work
I am writing this review to warn other people from using this eSIM app. Do not waste your money. You buy a package for an amount of gigabytes for another country, and once you set it up your data will not work all the time. So if you buy a package with 10 gbs, you will only be able to use 1-2 gbs for your trip even though you paid for the all the gbs. It’s such a scam!! Please don’t waste your money on this app. Do research to find a better eSIM app because this one is terrible.

Would not recommend
I purchased the eSIM for 3+ months. There were whole sections of the city I was staying in that I had no data, even though I had bars showing. After 2 months, sections that I used to have network in were no longer working. I would not recommend using this company for overseas data.

Non existent support
I had a simple issue where they just needed to send me a new QR code, but there is no one to speak to immediately and almost impossible to speak to anyone ever. By the time I figured out the problem (since they did nothing to help) I was in a different country so esim couldnt work anymore and they offered no refund or option to switch esim to a different country (not even a discount). Absolute horrendous comapny

eSIM gone and cat be reinstalled
Used Ubigi last year in Europe no issues. Tried to use again in USA and when I went to turn on the eSIM it gave me an option to add contacts or close. I closed it but that just kicked me out. So I hit the other option and the eSIM disappeared. So I’m sitting in the US trying to figure out how to reinstall a Ubigi eSIM (using data and getting charged by my typical Carrier). After 2 hours of research and buying a second Ubigi data package; no solution could be found. so I downloaded another eSIM app and that worked easily. Super frustrating. No live chat no easy help.
