Used Ubigi last year in Europe no issues. Tried to use again in USA and when I went to turn on the eSIM it gave me an option to add contacts or close. I closed it but that just kicked me out. So I hit the other option and the eSIM disappeared. So I’m sitting in the US trying to figure out how to reinstall a Ubigi eSIM (using data and getting charged by my typical Carrier). After 2 hours of research and buying a second Ubigi data package; no solution could be found. so I downloaded another eSIM app and that worked easily. Super frustrating. No live chat no easy help. Really bad technical hel
