I had a simple issue where they just needed to send me a new QR code, but there is no one to speak to immediately and almost impossible to speak to anyone ever. By the time I figured out the problem (since they did nothing to help) I was in a different country so esim couldnt work anymore and they offered no refund or option to switch esim to a different country (not even a discount). Absolute horrendous comapny
