Booking.com is completely unreliable and borderline fraudulent. I booked and paid for a long stay, arrived - and the property simply said my reservation does not exist. No warning, no help, and I was left to find last-minute accommodation at 2–3x the price. Support was useless and refused real compensation. They take your money but take zero responsibility when things go wrong. Avoid at all costs
