Service stopped. No tech support
A 30-day eSIM lost internet connectivity after 5 days of use. I used 10.47GB/25GB. Tried to contact the company on their web form, LinkedIn, Facebook, online chat, instagram - no response whatsoever. I have also bought a yearly plan with them to install on my other phone, but the plan didn’t come with a separate eSIM on my Ubigi account. The support was also totally silent regarding any options how to connect the second plan to a second phone. Basically lost money twice and didn’t get the advertised service. Finally, TikTok didn’t open on Ubigi eSIM for some odd reason (before the service disa
