Website was clunky

We tried to place an order for 45 minutes and the website kept having issues where there shouldn’t have been issues. Kept on saying we had to choose a burger temp when we had already chosen one, over and over again. Then once we got to the payment options, online would not accept our payments, even after trying 3 cards. Had to use the app to use Apple Pay to get it to work. We were about to give up and get food elsewhere. Not impressed or happy with it all.

Hard to get the order in

I had to keep on redoing the order I wouldn’t go through so it was very frustrating. It took over a half an hour just to submit the order even though I already had a history and I was just doing a re-order and just adding an appetizer. And the fact they don’t do a lot of promotions it’s I wish they did more further customers.

App is OK until Checkout

So frustrating when checking out! I picked delivery with the ASAP option (rather than setting a time for later). The app then sets a delivery time (why??), before I have even ordered. So by the time I go through the menu, pick what I want, and go to pay it now won’t let the order through because it is too close to the pre-set time it chose for delivery when I picked ASAP. I now have to back out and set a specific delivery time for “later” & go back and re-enter my info for it to allow my order to process. Why even have an ASAP option if you are going to do it like that?

Way too expensive for the amount of food

Too expensive for the amount of food you get. No kind of coupons for reoccurring customers or actual reward system that adds up. Doing that people would come more often, spend more, and feel like they are getting more even if they aren’t in the long run. But either way reoccurring customers should benefit in some way.

Poor app

Every time I go to use this app it keeps booting me off or saying I don’t have the things correctly filled, when I do. It also won’t let me login to my account but when I go and reset password and go back to login again, it wants me to create a new account so I never will get any points if there was any. When I go to create a new account it won’t let me because it says there is already account with that phone number…come on get it together one way or another! So I call this app “POOR”

This app looks to be built by a coder who never used it and had Zero QA. After constantly being redirected and forced to-refill in previously entered information it took longer than it should have just to place a takeout order. If your app defaults the order pickup to ASAP don’t force the user to abandon checkout just to pick a time in the future that your app doesn’t even verify until the user is back in the checkout. I tried to order the Ultimate Trio. The app wood not let me order it. I kept getting an error message that I had to make a selection first. I had everything picked out. It just wouldn’t put the order in my basket. This has happened several times before. Very frustrating!!! I ended up ordering a sandwich instead. It would let me put that in my basket/cart. Reset the password that I tried to use to something else, screens too wide and too large to fit in my iPhone screen and the edges are cut off. Cannot edit personal information. Promo for signing up nonexistent, heavy heavy emphasis on signing up for push notifications which I don't want, forces me to use my browser simply to log into the app, cannot accept my payment choice, continually resets back to homepage. The app made it easy and convenient. I love how easily I could customize the sides/sauces. As someone who has never worked in the restaurant/food industry but has worked in the sales/retail/customer service industry for over 20 years I understand the importance of both client satisfaction as well as upselling/adding on higher margin items (such as waffle fries for an additional $2.49). Made an account, some reason couldn’t login, have it send email to reset password, says it sends email to reset (it doesn’t), use new email for profile, uses same phone number as last email, says that’s not allowed, retrys, is not allowed to use 2nd email anymore saying email already part of account (it isn’t) try to reset THAT password, can’t, use 3rd email, doesn’t fill in phone, works, resets app eventually, some reason signs out, try’s to sign in with 3rd email, now infinitely loads and doesn’t sign in. Summary: made 3 accounts, can’t login to any of them. Never sends reset password email.

This app has a major problem . I have tried turning my phone off and reboot the app and it still will not let me place an order for carside . This has been like that for over 6 months . I think you need to repair the app . I don’t order much because it’s too hard to use this app . If you want people to order from the app fix it . No BBQ ribs

I always use to get the bbq ribs but the app will not let me select it because it is no longer offered in there even though they still have it They should put a way to send a message to the staff. They almost always forget all the sides like bbq I pay for. Since they don’t let me pick it as an entree I get it all on the side. So it would be nice instead of calling and waiting for someone to answer they could instead have a way for me to send a message. Tonight is the first time I used the app since it was updated. First I had to reset my password because it wouldn’t take the one I had on file. The app is not compatible with iPhone’s password saving system, so I can’t save the new password. I attempted to sign in with my known password, it was already a spur of the moment. I am one to certainly keep track of my passwords, I have more that 40 pages of passwords. When using the app and choosing the ASAP option when you get to the point where you have to enter your information if it takes too long for you to enter your information and get to payment it won’t let you check out because the time you chose no longer available. Terrible update!

So today is my first time using app since update. It literally kept going in a loop/circles making me update my password but wouldn’t let me log in, after 5 tries I logged in as a guest. Got my order ready for car side pickup and it won’t let me adjust the Tip amount ! It is forcing a 12% tip - I changed it to 10% and at checkout it went back to 12%, 3x!
