Waited an hour, food came out cold, asked for the manager (male) he stated they have a full staff and then proceeded to blame everything on the server which yes she dropped the ball but he being the manager should have made it right and he FAILED 1000% . Then argued with me about how can this be his fault and bad mouth his server. He then gave a discount but then over charged for an item. When brought to his attention he took no ownership of it and walked away after I told him I would just leave a bad review.
