If I’m ordering off the app, there should be a place on the app for me to say when I’m there to pick up. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour and no one called. when it says just says pull up to the spot. That means someone should always be waiting there. I’ve been waiting an hour to pick up my food. N Ik it’s cold. Other than that it’s cool.
