Common sense ninja

I always use to get the bbq ribs but the app will not let me select it because it is no longer offered in there even though they still have it They should put a way to send a message to the staff. They almost always forget all the sides like bbq I pay for. Since they don’t let me pick it as an entree I get it all on the side. So it would be nice instead of calling and waiting for someone to answer they could instead have a way for me to send a message. I always tip over 10 for the car side to go so they shouldn’t forget my stuff. It’s getting really old not having my whole order.
