So today is my first time using app since update. It literally kept going in a loop/circles making me update my password but wouldn’t let me log in, after 5 tries I logged in as a guest. Got my order ready for car side pickup and it won’t let me adjust the Tip amount ! It is forcing a 12% tip - I changed it to 10% and at checkout it went back to 12%, 3x! I even tried to put in a custom amount - and it changed to 12% . There was no way to checkout without paying the tip they make you contribute. Fix your App Applebees!! This is crap.
