The app made it easy and convenient. I love how easily I could customize the sides/sauces. As someone who has never worked in the restaurant/food industry but has worked in the sales/retail/customer service industry for over 20 years I understand the importance of both client satisfaction as well as upselling/adding on higher margin items (such as waffle fries for an additional $2.49). While on this order I didn’t do any “add ons” or “upgrades” I definitely would in the future. Love that I have that option. In all honesty I feel that the price was very reasonable to feed 4 fully grown adults (
