The Kith app is top tier. Super clean layout, easy to navigate, and everything loads fast. I love how smooth the checkout process is—especially for drops, it makes a huge difference. Definitely one of the best retail apps out right now.

Kith really needs to improve the online shopping experience. There’s no option to add a gift message, and no gift receipt. No gift packaging (you need to spend 12dls in a “gift bag” but they just send the bag separately) and no way to indicate that the order is being sent to someone else. Returns are also complicated, and shipping takes much longer than expected. For items that are this expensive, shipping should be included (you need to pay $10) and the service should be much better. Very disap

i tried to use the app to enter a drawing. the time was 11am edt however even at 10:30 am it was already closed.
I tried to purchase after the 11 am drawing and the item still showed the drawing link. i changed sections on the menu and refreshed however it didn’t show a choice to pick the size and order. However, i found out the web page was working but they had sold out of my size by that point. Force closing the app did make the item show sizing and add to cart.

Kith is the flyest designer in the game and always has the best deals for multiple different brands on the site. When you think you missed a drop on a pair of shoes make sure to always tap in and check his stock because most likely if it was heat, he has it! Highly satisfied with how easy it is to navigate the page, the app is incredible and it’s overall an amazing company to support that is backed by a world renowned designer.

I placed an order for a hat and 2 t shirts and all I received was a hat in the box. When I informed them that the package never arrived, they said without a picture of the box they didn’t believe me. Why would i take a picture when I would think there was a second package coming? That is very normal in retail. Tried to checkout with Apple Pay and it would not allow me from your app, please check from your side because I bought something else using my Apple Pay just minutes after and it worked fine. Other wise, everything was great and hopefully shipping comes soon because this is the first time I have paid for shipping and I’m not sure if I didn’t spend enough at $200 maybe you have to spend more to get free shipping.

This company is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to deal with. Entering a raffle on their app is practically impossible, and the product release drawings seem completely rigged, with no transparency or real chance of winning. My worst experience was when I purchased collectibles from Kith instead of clothing. The packaging was absolutely unacceptable—there was zero care taken. They didn’t include any packing paper or packing peanuts to protect the items, and as a result, the collectibles

Waited 23 mins to check out, item was in stock when trying to pay. Once I submitted my payment less than 20seconds after getting to car, it says sold out. Not the item states it’s in stock with another 16 min wait. Will never shop with your company again.

Kith App and Clothes are definitely top notch! I have ordered many many times and I always have a easy to use, smooth checkout process. I LOVE the tiers that they offer, although I do wish I could combine my old email to my new one to make that count toward my tiered status…that would be the only thing I would change as far as the App goes. The clothes are TOP quality and although expensive, definitely worth it.

So many bugs with the loyalty issue. I was stoked to see the new gazelles x Clark’s and was in the molecule tier but it is impossible to get them due to bugs in the app. It kept saying the item wasn’t available yet even though other people were preordering on the site. Pair that with the fact their customer support is email or chat only (where it can take hours to get responses) and you’ve got an issue where you rolled out a program without the infrastructure set up

I am impressed. The app is a breeze to navigate, and to complete a purchase is extremely easy. The layout of the collaboration look books makes it for one to familiarize themselves with and be comfortable, so the day of the release you can easily buy a limited collection because you know what you want and how to get to it.

I entered a drawing to win a pair of Kith Converse shoes and upon entry a screen asked for credit card info, which indicated payment for shipping. I submitted my info thinking that it was fair to charge me for shipping if the shoes were free.
A few days later, I was notified by email receipt that my credit card was charged for BOTH the shoes and shipping. I can understand that I didn’t win the drawing, but should have been asked first if I still wanted to pay for the shoes and shipping BEFORE

The Kith app simply is bad, and what’s worse is the guy who made it is always praising it on Twitter and/or blaming Shopify or anything else when things go wrong. ApplePay and ShopPay don’t work. Nothing auto fills so need to manually input all your information when checking out which is annoying and time-consuming. Products don’t load as fast as they do on the website. Whenever you open the app it keeps asking for your preferences and interests even though you’ve filled it countless times. And

The UI is nice to look at, but functionality is where it lets you down. Available products don’t load in real time, saved addresses and payment methods do not load when a quick checkout is important, Apple Pay never works, captcha takes multiple tries to process, and you typically have to refresh 2-3 times for a dropped product to appear as in stock. Love the app and what it offers - however I couldn’t log in to the app bc it requires a password that doesn’t use special characters - however when creating a password on the desktop site it allows you to use special characters. Since I created one that uses it, I am able to log in on the website but not on the app. Furthermore, you should definitely include special characters in passwords on your app. Just makes it more secure. I have been a loyal fan of the brand for a good 6 years now. The app works great originally but this new refresh?! Whooo its even better than ever! Raffle draw is cleaner and transparent! Easy to navigate to different areas of the store as well as my new favorite… Loyalty Rewards! Wish they could count al my past purchases 🥺haha but team Kith did an awesome job here!
