Kith scam

I placed an order for a hat and 2 t shirts and all I received was a hat in the box. When I informed them that the package never arrived, they said without a picture of the box they didn’t believe me. Why would i take a picture when I would think there was a second package coming? That is very normal in retail. After 4 emails back and forth, they continued to say it’s not on them, how is that possible? Awful customer service and terrible experience. I would go as far as saying there could be sc
