Kith really needs to improve the online shopping experience. There’s no option to add a gift message, and no gift receipt. No gift packaging (you need to spend 12dls in a “gift bag” but they just send the bag separately) and no way to indicate that the order is being sent to someone else. Returns are also complicated, and shipping takes much longer than expected. For items that are this expensive, shipping should be included (you need to pay $10) and the service should be much better.
