So many bugs with the loyalty issue. I was stoked to see the new gazelles x Clark’s and was in the molecule tier but it is impossible to get them due to bugs in the app. It kept saying the item wasn’t available yet even though other people were preordering on the site. Pair that with the fact their customer support is email or chat only (where it can take hours to get responses) and you’ve got an issue where you rolled out a program without the infrastructure set up
