The UI is nice to look at, but functionality is where it lets you down. Available products don’t load in real time, saved addresses and payment methods do not load when a quick checkout is important, Apple Pay never works, captcha takes multiple tries to process, and you typically have to refresh 2-3 times for a dropped product to appear as in stock.
