Solid match three game, pop ups galore

So, gameplay is fun and has some variants that play into frozen storytelling pretty well. Design there is good. However, depending on whatever events are going on, you will get 2-7 pop ups to dismiss from menu to actually get to play the game. Wish they had a setting to ignore event notifications or something because it isn’t for me and now I just have a bunch of pop ups to dismiss to get to the game. Used to love to play this game. Now there are too many ads that are too long at every turn. Atleast allow my videos to play over the ads. The app seems desperate to make you pay for anything it can and by dragging out long boring ads. In addition, I’ve noticed it doesn’t see to track the three pairs and such accurately now. It misses matches and when items are collected or trolls killed. Sometimes it doesn’t subtract them. Frustrating. Looking elsewhere. And refuse to use the games they have SO many ads for. Finally fixed app crash

So I see that they deleted my previous review where I called them out and said something about the app crashing. When I checked tonight, there was an update for the game in the App Store and that seemed to fix the problem. This is still one of my favorite games, but I don’t trust the app anymore; however, I’m glad that they fixed it so the app isn’t crashing anymore. I did email customer support yesterday and never heard back yet. This is the second time this has happened to me where the app crashes and won’t load. Hopefully this doesn’t keep happening.

Loading Issue

Beginning yesterday, July 10th, Disney Frozen Free Fall Game stopped loading. Whenever I try to open the game, it begins the process, but quickly returns to the desktop. Hi! My mom’s phone’s iOS is up to date and so is her app but the app stopped loading last night and just takes her back to her home screen. I tried to send a report on my mom’s behalf but it won’t let me report an issue unless I have the game installed too. I gave up on it years ago after getting stuck on a level for over a month. Quit taking away rewards

I’ve played this game for decade at least. Stop taking away daily rewards. The Terrace use to give you 30 mins of reward once a day (16 hrs whatever). Now that gone. Just like the behind closed door game gave you 30 min free play if you stopped and is now something of less value, like the main market use to give you 30 min of free lives 2-4 a week , I think at first it was every day. I have been playing this game for more years than I care to admit. However, lately it has become so difficult to beat levels without having, or more likely purchasing, power ups, that it is definitely losing some of its appeal. It seems that every once in a while, they take pity on me and make the level easier when I’ve been stuck for days. Most memorable game ever!

Levels Are Fun…but

A bit of rage

New: So now theres a glitch where 3 same gems in a row dont work. Which is weird. Because the point if the game. This happened on level 147 on the normal mode. Old: This makes me lose the games every time because once I swipe to a set of crystals to match, it goes the opposite direction, and it makes me lose the game. Like come on 😭😭😭. . UPDATE: After 8 years of playing it looks like I'm done here. One of the reasons I played this for so long was that it didn’t have obtrusive ads. Then it added some in a few places, but that was fine because they were all places you knew were coming. Now, the ads show up out of the blue after some levels, with sound on. First I lose VIP bonuses, now…

I lost all the tickets I was saving from the Harvest Moon Festival. I have never had issues with this game, but recently the app developers keep changing things. One day, the VIP Page said I had several rewards in my chest that would open in 20 something days, then suddenly the chest opened and I got 3 measly rewards and it said it would open again in 3 days with 3 basic rewards again. No sign of the several awards that I had been banking. I was also saving tickets from the Harvest Moon Festival. I had over 3000, but today I login and it restarts the event for some reason and now I have 400. I

Needs updates

I agree with a previous reviewer. You give me rewards but big deal. I get them in the morning when I can’t play so I loose them or waste them to play for a few minutes. You could add a hold feature. I also agree that if you can’t win a level in an hour there is a programming issue. I don’t want it to be too easy but really???? I’m stuck in a loop that wants me to buy something from and ad. Won’t let me out without closing completely. I have been here twice In the last 15 minutes. I wrote this awhile ago and I guess it didn’t send because I opened write a review and here it was. Latest update causing significant issues

I’ve played this game for several years. My granddaughter introduced it to me. To those responsible for developing the most recent update(s): There are numerous significant bugs causing the game to crash unexpectedly. I have read through recent reviews and it looks like we are having the same problems with the game in general and in Arendale that include the game crashing & losing accumulated rewards and being unable to select and/or move characters or items.
