I’ve been playing this game for years and have accumulated literally close to 300 various power ups. I updated to IOS 17 and my power ups have disappeared. I had 466 lives, 87 picks, 91 stars and 99 snowballs. In addition I had 410 star power ups and 712 combo gems on the levels start page. These are gone too. I’ve been working with customer service for a week or so and now they want receipts from Apple for my purchases over the years. In other words, all the power ups are gone because how am I going to get receipts dating back from the time the game was first developed? I’m getting the sens
