I’ve played this game for several years. My granddaughter introduced it to me. To those responsible for developing the most recent update(s): There are numerous significant bugs causing the game to crash unexpectedly. I have read through recent reviews and it looks like we are having the same problems with the game in general and in Arendale that include the game crashing & losing accumulated rewards and being unable to select and/or move characters or items.
