Hi! My mom’s phone’s iOS is up to date and so is her app but the app stopped loading last night and just takes her back to her home screen. I tried to send a report on my mom’s behalf but it won’t let me report an issue unless I have the game installed too. I gave up on it years ago after getting stuck on a level for over a month. I tried redownloading it and I don’t have the same issue so I don’t know if it is related to the dog house level she is on or something else? I force closed the app and rebooted her phone and she still has the same issue. I don’t think she has a Jam city account.
