Nan???

I lost all the tickets I was saving from the Harvest Moon Festival. I have never had issues with this game, but recently the app developers keep changing things. One day, the VIP Page said I had several rewards in my chest that would open in 20 something days, then suddenly the chest opened and I got 3 measly rewards and it said it would open again in 3 days with 3 basic rewards again. No sign of the several awards that I had been banking. I was also saving tickets from the Harvest Moon Festival. I had over 3000, but today I login and it restarts the event for some reason and now I have 400. I
