SUBSCRIPTION
The app offers the following subscription plans: a monthly plan at $24.99 with a 7-day free trial, and a yearly plan at $69.99. After downloading the app, you can select the subscription option that best fits your goals.
Your MyGrowth subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly, yearly, or according to the selected plan) unless it is canceled.
If you choose to cancel, you will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current period. When a free trial is activated, the subscription fee shown on the payment screen will be charged automatically for the selected period unless the trial is canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
Please note that removing the app from your device does not cancel your subscription. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscription → Select MyGrowth, then tap Cancel.

Bad Business
I downloaded this app because it seemed like a fun way to occupy some free time. However, after taking my payment and automatically putting me on a subscription, it would not give me access to the app. I attempted to contact the company work through their fixes but it didn’t work. When I asked for a refund, they said it is not their policy to refund but would make a one time exception and give me a 30% refund and I could keep my access to their app for the first month. I signed up for this with the understanding that it was going to be a 15-minute lesson for adults! Its at a 4th grsde level book report. I sent a request to csncel and I got a “ We will contact you at your email in 24 hours” No contact cancel this subscription now! I like the premise of this app, but the reality is frustrating. I downloaded this app after seeing the ads on Instagram and was quite excited to try it out. Immediately, the app would not work despite having just paid. Admittedly I forgot it didn’t work until I got charged against. I reached out and asked about it. After some back and forth, they sent me a link to login with my paid account and extended my account until the end of the next month to “compensate” for me not being able to access the app. I did not cancel because I wanted to try it out and see how much I used it. N do not sign up for this app! There’s no way out of it. I canceled it the minute I looked at it and I’m still getting charged $25 a month and I see no way to get it stopped. I signed up for free trial. Tried to cancel before they charged me. Of course not able to on App, said I had no subscription but I emailed to confirm I did not wish to continue and requested to cancel and not be charged-before the renew date.
First they said they couldn’t find my info, then they emailed me the amount they charged me. Such a scam, so sick of these free trials that then scam you into being charged. Do better.

I wish they had an option to give negative stars because it would be a -5. Somehow, this app got a hold of my information and decided to charge me 5+ times and keep going, in less than one month saying it was a reoccurring charge. Thank goodness my credit card company is considering them fraudulent and refunding me all of my money. I was really lucky to grow up with encyclopedias and have other books! These apps are a waste of your time and money.

The ads for this app were very interesting with some very high-tech videos presentations and nice animations but the product was nothing like that. The advertisement looked amazing. I got to watch short videos of things happening in the body as I listened to audio. The visual made learning it way easier. The actual app tho? I’m very disappointed with my experience with MyGrowth. The advertisement claims the program includes live videos, but that is not accurate. There are no live videos available in the platform as advertised.
They also state that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, but there is no clear option to request a refund anywhere in the program or account settings. This makes the guarantee feel misleading.

Mygrowth allows you to sign up easily, however you cannot cancel the subscription with the same ease. I thought that I took care of canceling my subscription after paying for 1 month (that I didn’t use). I checked the app and website to verify that I did not have an active subscription. The app said I did not. Then, a month later I was charged AGAIN. Customer support hid behind their terms and conditions when I contacted them about this. They did not refund me. I got hooked after constantly seeing the Pinterest marketing ad that showed really interesting biology/anatomy videos that made it seem as though this app would be incredibly visual and unique- it even claimed to do so… “the Netflix of learning” or something… no such thing at all! BEWARE!
Once you download the app and look through the content and are not satisfied and choose to cancel the account, you won’t be able to unless you email them. Then they will tell you that you don’t have an account with them and ask you information on the payment receipt you get and any other email you have that may have been used. You send them the payment receipt as well as the screenshot of the email associated with the app (stated clearly in the settings of the app) and then nothing! No response.

I tried this learning tool as I enjoy history and learning in general. Content was light and really not what I expected. Even worse, they deceived me in automatically enrolling me into a monthly subscription. They also charged me $10 more per month than what I signed up for.
My subscription was cancelled after my 3rd email. Of course no opportunity to call someone. They refused to refund my money stating they had language when you sign up denying this.
Better off signing up with Audible where you can learn way more on topics of your choice

I downloaded this app after seeing the ads in one of my games. I subscribed and paid for one month, but then decided to unsubscribe. Customer Service told me that I would still have access for the month that I paid for. However, the app does not communicate between devices. I was using my iPad for the first week then the app wanted me to pay to continue. I contacted customer service and they helped me out. I opened the app and it proceeded to ask for more money to access the app. I contacted customer service provided and did not hear back for 72hours. Mean while the $20 cleared and still no service.
