I downloaded this app because it seemed like a fun way to occupy some free time. However, after taking my payment and automatically putting me on a subscription, it would not give me access to the app. I attempted to contact the company work through their fixes but it didn’t work. When I asked for a refund, they said it is not their policy to refund but would make a one time exception and give me a 30% refund and I could keep my access to their app for the first month. Which is unacceptable given that it wasn’t giving me access to their app! While I hope you all don’t end up with technical dif
