I purchased the service through a link. I paid $20 and downloaded the app as directed. I opened the app and it proceeded to ask for more money to access the app. I contacted customer service provided and did not hear back for 72hours. Mean while the $20 cleared and still no service. I sent another email asking for a refund and never heard back. Be careful fellow users.
