I downloaded this app after seeing the ads on Instagram and was quite excited to try it out. Immediately, the app would not work despite having just paid. Admittedly I forgot it didn’t work until I got charged against. I reached out and asked about it. After some back and forth, they sent me a link to login with my paid account and extended my account until the end of the next month to “compensate” for me not being able to access the app. I did not cancel because I wanted to try it out and see how much I used it.
