For the past couple months 12 different items that I purchased through the store that were advertised on wish were cancelled by the store and refunded to my account. I have ordered off of this app before. Product came, and was “okay”. As expected for a cheaper price. The pricing is deceptive. For example: will show you a picture of a bicycle, and the price will say $10. So, you think, “hey, that’s a pretty good deal!” Then you click “buy” and you have to choose the “color” or “type”. I Love Wish Just Only a 3 Star for Quality
Wish is a fun and sometimes can be, very addictive shopping app and website and I love it! Only downside is well most of the things on here if not everything is coming directly from China as opposed to in America buying it in the stores even though it was from China. I’m on the fence with this app
So far the things I initially ordered attracted me because of the prices that were listed. Upon receiving the items I purchased no wonder why the prices were so cheap. You know the saying, “you get what you pay for” Another issue, I’m confused about is the watches that are listed clearly have to be replicas because there is no way some of the higher end Sieko dive watches that sell for $400 -$600 somehow are reduced to sell for $22 or less. I saw an incredible deal on an Orient dive watch listed for like $20 so I purchased hoping it was legit and then when I saw my Pay Pal account the $20

Cool but deceiving
First off there are a lot of awesome things for sale. If the items were as described, this app would get 5 stars. But here are my issues with this app: (1) Items are advertised at one price but when you add them to the cart, they are priced way higher!! (2) There’s no way to contact the seller!! (3) You are charged for shipping on EVERY single item. Even if you are buying multiple items from the same seller you still get charged full shipping for each thing. (4) Shipping is expensive which will bring your item cost WAY up. If you thought you were saving money on the item, they get you in shipp

I was skeptical at first so I did a test buy for some N95 masks. About three weeks later a package showed up on my front porch complete with 100 BLK N95 masks. DO NOT GET THIS! Here is why!
I have made an order. As I was ordering it had give me for some items the option to “pick up” which was cheaper than the delivery. So I selected a large order with many items. The items came separately and not together! So I waited for all items to accumulate at the pick up site before I make my way there. Today is April 5, 2021 the day planned to go and get my items! When I opened my email I received bunch of “partial refunds” for my entire order! It is so hard to reach customer service! They have an automated system in place which does NOT ALLOW you to address the issue “clearly” at hand! F

2021 Update: It seems Wish has fixed their shipping issues. I received the past two orders (shoes and very nice car seats). Thank goodness because i love this app. So now, I can go back to loving them again 🤗 Old: Used to love Wish. Now, am just disappointed. Horrible!
I ordered some essential oils from this site. They took ages to arrive because they had been sent from China, which I had no idea it was coming from there. When they arrived they had no smell at all, total rip off. I contacted customer service who said they would issue a refund. I have received a partial refund for some strange amount that doesn’t tie up with anything in my order. They closed the case and ever since I have been trying to get customer service to sort out the problem. However, you can only contact them online via the order history and it has these set automated responses.

Account Hacked/Lost, No Support At All
My account wasn’t used for a couple of months. I come back to start purchasing again, and someone else’s info and language was in my account, and all my order history, saved points and information was gone. I contact Wish support, only to have their system auto-reply over and over and tell me they’ll respond in the app. The app which has been compromised and which NO messages are showing up. I tell them in my support emails this, and I get no response for weeks. Now I try and reach them again, and they just robotically reply via auto messages and tell me to respond IN THE APP. Somehow my account that I was using disappeared from the app and I am not able to get back into it or even find it for that matter.
