My account wasn’t used for a couple of months. I come back to start purchasing again, and someone else’s info and language was in my account, and all my order history, saved points and information was gone. I contact Wish support, only to have their system auto-reply over and over and tell me they’ll respond in the app. The app which has been compromised and which NO messages are showing up. I tell them in my support emails this, and I get no response for weeks. Now I try and reach them again, and they just robotically reply via auto messages and tell me to respond IN THE APP. Do you guys not
