Crapsvs

I ordered some essential oils from this site. They took ages to arrive because they had been sent from China, which I had no idea it was coming from there. When they arrived they had no smell at all, total rip off. I contacted customer service who said they would issue a refund. I have received a partial refund for some strange amount that doesn’t tie up with anything in my order. They closed the case and ever since I have been trying to get customer service to sort out the problem. However, you can only contact them online via the order history and it has these set automated responses.
