Light Warrior Princess

I have made an order. As I was ordering it had give me for some items the option to “pick up” which was cheaper than the delivery. So I selected a large order with many items. The items came separately and not together! So I waited for all items to accumulate at the pick up site before I make my way there. Today is April 5, 2021 the day planned to go and get my items! When I opened my email I received bunch of “partial refunds” for my entire order! It is so hard to reach customer service! They have an automated system in place which does NOT ALLOW you to address the issue “clearly” at hand! F
