Somehow my account that I was using disappeared from the app and I am not able to get back into it or even find it for that matter. The account that is signed into the app now is OK to use but does not show my previous order. I cannot track my order because of this. I have a confirmation email that has the tracking number. I have my account debit card that shows the order. The phone number on the card takes me to a message that says I can’t speak to anyone to use email.
