As a person who’s been using Netflix for quite a while now, about 2-3 years or so, I have noticed the following which has really done a massive impact on my liking of the app. First of all, for a reminder, most of these future statements that I will soon list are most likely unchangeable and just based on my own personal preferences and opinions. UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE OF PAYMENT PLAN
I am giving one star because at first, everything was smooth. I have been paying for 169/month because I am the only one using it. I never intended to change my plan but on May 4th, I was charged 449 php. When I checked my account, my plan was changed without me doing it and there is nowhere to find why it happened. I changed the payment plan after I saw the unauthorized charge (I have no way to dispute it by the way) and it will only be reflected on the next billing cycle. I used to love Netflix, but now? I doubt.

Imagine not able to use your subscription because netflix decided that family is bound by wifi not by blood relationship. You are not family if you are away from wifi taking college, you are not family if you are away from wifi working, you are not family if you are away from wifi taking vacation. By netflix definition, a family away from each other should pay separately because customers should bleed money. Our last month of subscription anyway.

A popular anime called Jojo's Bizzare Adventure: Steel Ball Run - more popularly nicknamed: "SBR" - had released its first episode here on Netflix. App not optimized for iPad Stage Manager and external displays
I used to stream shows on my iPad while working, using an external monitor. It worked perfectly in full screen before. However, after recent iOS updates, the app no longer displays properly in full screen when extended to another monitor. Whenever I try to watch in full screen, there are always black bars on the sides, so I don’t really get to enjoy the shows fully. The content doesn’t scale correctly and feels restricted instead of immersive. This makes multitasking with Stage Manager and external displays much worse. Please optimize the app for windowed mode and proper full-screen support

Kudos to Netflix—honestly amazing. It was very smooth, no lag, no crashes while watching, even though so many ARMYs were tuning in at the same time. Great job! Great app but subs need improvement
The app is great overall and the collection is superb. I just have a problem with the subs being only on the one line and not being able to cover some important information especially when the dialogue is ongoing over the text shown on screen. This is very evident when watching anime. There are many instances where the text shown on the show is not translated due to an ongoing conversation/dialogue that is being prioritized by the subs. I wish there was a way that the subs would also include the texts seen on screen even when there is an ongoing dialogue.

Missing seasons
Honestly, netflix is good. The problem i have with this app is the fact that popular TV shows are missing their seasons, for wxample TAWOG (the amazing world of gumball), spongebob, my little pony, and the loud house. They dont focus on these and instead put their attention on shows no one watches. I paid for this because i thought i would find everything i wanted to watch on it here. I even witnessed them wipe out the other seasons of TAWOG. Take note, netflix. You’re losing customers by removing popular movies/ taking away seasons.
