I recently created my own Netflix account, but every time I open the app it automatically loads an old family account with a profile lock. I no longer have access to that family account, so I can’t unlock or use it. The problem is that the app never gives me the option to enter my new email and password — it just forces me back to the locked profile screen. I’ve tried signing out, uninstalling/reinstalling, and even resetting the app, but nothing works. This is very frustrating because I’m paying for my own subscription but can’t even use it on the app. Netflix really needs to add a simple “Si
