I believe I have selected the basic plan for about 200+ pesos, when it’s time to renew the plan payment would not go throught because of insufficient balance, why? because u are charging me 600+ when I first selected basic plan. I couldn’t even change the plan not until I updated my payment method(which is the same btw) before u could update it once u hit “confirm” they will automatically deduct you the amount u didn’t want.
