I am giving one star because at first, everything was smooth. I have been paying for 169/month because I am the only one using it. I never intended to change my plan but on May 4th, I was charged 449 php. When I checked my account, my plan was changed without me doing it and there is nowhere to find why it happened. I changed the payment plan after I saw the unauthorized charge (I have no way to dispute it by the way) and it will only be reflected on the next billing cycle. I used to love Netflix, but now? I doubt.
