… the Miles&More process is very frustrating. First of all, the app for some strange reason cannot remember my FF-Number. On top of that it asks upon every booking whether I “want to collect miles” but after ticking the box, it won’t add my number anyway. Adding the number afterwards is tedious and sometimes I forget - and collecting Miles afterwards is similarly tedious - also the Umlaut in my name is causing additional problems even in 2025. Please improve this!

It is not possible to login to LH App when the VPN is on. Why is the app forcing to switch the VPN off? It is not possible to add a booking despite the correct booking reference. And it is not possible to link an existing miles and more account to the Travel ID. Completely useless App!

Beware! Sold me via this app a business class on an aircraft without business class
Beware! I purchased via LH application a business class tkt, once on the plane, my seat was in economy class and the aircraft did not have business class cabin at all. Never refunded me any difference! Despite on my boarding card was noted business class, cabin crew did not even offer me a glass of water. I take average 40 flight per year but never booked Lufthansa anymore.

Peut mieux faire
La session expire très (trop) souvent même sur une même journée il faut que je me reconnecte plusieurs fois. De plus, les cases de connexion (identifiants & mot de passe) sont détectés comme des cases de carte bancaire par l’iPhone. On ne peut donc pas automatiquement rentrer son MDP enregistré car la barre qui s’affiche au dessus du clavier sont les cartes bancaires qui lieu des MDP… Cetre app manque également de fluidité et de rapidité de chargement des pages, ça pourrait être plus rapide (testé avec de bonne connexion internet).

The functions of the APP are great, but Lufthansa is once more not able to be on time. Unfortunately I have some (unwanted) experience of missing connections because of delays in Europe. I really don’t understand why they are not able to make reliable flight plans and to stick to them. It sucks if you miss an intercontinental connection because of the mess in German flight plans 🤬🤬

Just a web interface, almost no offline functionality
The app has almost zero offline functionality and constantly requires new logins to see what flights you booked. Shows boarding passes and us somewhat ok, but not great. I am mostly annoyed by it. Constant design updates change where you find the what - why can’t you get it right and then stick to it?

Lies and incompetence
Not only did the airline failed my connection due to their own delay, they lied that I cannot book the same direct flight next day. They told me the flight is fully booked, so I booked an indirect flight that’s in a horrible time and many hours longer. I get off the customer service in the airport at 11:30 PM and see that the flights are available in Google and Booking.com. I can go up to the payment page. This is absurd, incompetence, and at most lazy.

Langsam und hängt sich auf
Zum Checkin alle Details der Passagiere nochmals eingegeben, welche schon bei der Buchung eingegeben worden sind (warum ist das nötig?). Am Ende des Check-in Prozesses ist ein Fehler aufgetreten mit der Nachricht „Something went wrong. Not your fault. Sorry!“. Alle Daten müssen wieder eingegeben werden. Unterirdische User Experience. Jetzt muss ich es via Web machen.

Wir wollten unbedingt mit Lufthansa fliegen, haben auch früher gute Erfahrung gehabt. Leider war es heute ein Katastrophales ab Malta nach Basel. 1. Wir haben kurzfristig gewusst, dass wir ab Malta nach München nicht mit Lufthansa fliegen müssten. Es war unmöglich bei Air Malta online Check in durchzuführen. Es ist sehr wichtig, Ihr das System unter der Kontrolle haben müsste. 2. Wir hatten unsere Tax Free, ab Malta haben der Beamter uns gesagt, wir das Stempel vom München kriegen müssen. Sie haben uns aber nicht gesagt, die Waren bei uns für die Kontrolle bleiben sollten. Sie haben einfach

Basic, improvements needed!
The app is extremely slow and is constantly lagging. It’s very cumbersome and frustrating that all your details need to be repeatedly entered at every check in, even if it’s a return flight! Even the booking reference needs to be entered manually during check in process which is absolutely ridiculous!
