The app is extremely slow and is constantly lagging. It’s very cumbersome and frustrating that all your details need to be repeatedly entered at every check in, even if it’s a return flight! Even the booking reference needs to be entered manually during check in process which is absolutely ridiculous!

It took me 5 minutes to find a log in to my KLM account. One of the worse travel apps I’ve ever used. Not intuitive to use at all. The app shows 24/7 support via messenger or WhatsApp which doesn’t work at all. Very disappoint and just awful

The app was recommend by a friend and I've been using it for a while but don't find it particularly better than other apps currently available. There might be a lot of filets but most of them give a really unnatural look to the photos. What's most irritating and prevents me from using it is that when u apply a filter and want to adjust brightness, exposure, etc the app TAKES OFF THE FILTER YOU ALREADY APPLIED (???). A big request to the developers to fix that! - e.g. how on earth are you supposed to adjust the contrast and saturation of the BW version of ur photo, if it reverts back to colour
