Not only did the airline failed my connection due to their own delay, they lied that I cannot book the same direct flight next day. They told me the flight is fully booked, so I booked an indirect flight that’s in a horrible time and many hours longer. I get off the customer service in the airport at 11:30 PM and see that the flights are available in Google and Booking.com. I can go up to the payment page. This is absurd, incompetence, and at most lazy.
