Description

Deliveries helps you keep track of all your packages, so you always know when they’re going to arrive. Whether it's the latest gadget you've preordered online, or a new graphic novel you can't wait to dive into, Deliveries will keep tabs on it so you don't miss the doorbell. The main list shows a summary of all your shipments and counts down the days. Select a delivery for more information, and see where it is on a map. If you like you can view the shipping company’s web page, or easily share your shipment over email, iMessage, or AirDrop. Deliveries can even add estimated delivery dates to your calendar, and a Notification Center widget lets you quickly check your packages without opening the app. All your old deliveries are archived so you can look them up again if you need to. An Apple Watch app is also included so you can see the latest updates with just a glance. Deliveries supports dozens of services, including US Postal Service, DHL, TNT, Canada Post, and many more. You can also track orders from services like Amazon and Apple, even before they ship. (Some services are limited to specific countries—visit junecloud.com/services for details.) If you have packages from other services, just select “Other” and enter a delivery date and web site—so you can check on them when you need to and still keep everything in one place. Deliveries is also available for Mac. You can sync your deliveries between devices with iCloud or our own Junecloud sync. If you create a Junecloud account, you can add new shipments from any web browser. Have any questions? Just visit junecloud.com/sync and click Help. • Updated for iOS 18. • Improved dark mode and tinted icon on iOS 18. • Improved the appearance of widgets on tinted home screens on iOS 18. • You can now translate tracking information from another language. Tap the “…” icon, then “Translate.” Requires a download the first time each language is translated. Translations are done locally on your device. iOS 18 or later is required. • You can now add Deliveries to Control Center. Buttons are available to open Deliveries, add a delivery, or open the barcode scanner. iOS 18 or later is required. • App Shortcuts are now available automatically, so you can ask Siri to “Check my Deliveries” without any setup. Tap the gear icon and then “Siri Shortcuts” to see all the available options. Requires iOS 17 or later. • Shortcuts on iOS 17 or later are much faster and have a number of minor improvements. • When “Add to Calendar” is enabled, Deliveries will now ask for full access to your calendars on iOS 17 or later. This is necessary for Deliveries to update your calendar events automatically. • Improved support for StandBy mode on iPhone, and lock screen widgets on iPad. • Updated for changes to Amazon and GLS. • PostNord tracking requests are now handled through deliveries.app. https://juncld.com/e3FC • Purolator tracking information is no longer available in the app. https://juncld.com/e3Gm • Improvements for Apple orders, particularly after an item has shipped. • Added support for Apple order numbers that start with an A. • Improved date detection for Apple Japan. • USPS order numbers for free COVID tests are now recognized. • Fixed an issue where some DHL shipments were incorrectly marked “delivered.” • Fixed an issue where you might have seen an “Invalid IP Address supplied” error for USPS deliveries. • You can now use LaserShip tracking numbers with OnTrac. • Updated the OnTrac color scheme to match their new branding. • Fixed an issue where some shipments might show duplicate packages, while others would be missing. • Fixed a bug where tapping a “1 of 2” package badge on iPad didn’t work as expected. • Fixed a bug where the buttons in the subscription view were not always in the intended order. • Fixed a bug where the App Icon settings did not always appear correctly. • Fixed some cases where URLs with numbers in them were interpreted as tracking numbers. • Fixed an issue where search suggestions might disappear unexpectedly. Build 860448488v9.5.12023-10-24 00:05:09
• Fixed a crash and other issues that could happen when updating the “Add to Calendar” view. • Fixed a crash that could happen when updating from an earlier version. • Fixed a crash that could happen when the app is closing. • Improved date detection for Apple Japan.
Build 857704870v9.52023-09-11 19:59:55
• UPS tracking information is no longer available in the app. You can now manually enter a delivery date for UPS shipments, and you’ll get a notification on the delivery date at 9AM as a reminder. You will need to use the “view details online” button to check the status. As a reminder, here’s our statement from last year on the future of Deliveries: juncld.com/e3Gm • Search has been redesigned to work in a more standard way. • The Add Delivery view has been improved, so you can see more of the text, and it's easier to review your choices. • The iPad layout has been refreshed, with a consistent sidebar button in the upper-left corner, and a swipe gesture to reveal the sidebar. The settings button has been moved to accommodate this change. • Keyboard navigation is significantly improved on iPad. • Drag and drop has been improved. For example, you can now drag a delivery into the Files app to create a deliveries file. • Settings views are no longer dismissed automatically after changing them (for example the sort view). • Signing in to Junecloud is easier if your account is saved in iCloud Keychain. • Improved performance when iCloud is temporarily unavailable. Previously this could reset iCloud sync, which can be a slow process with a lot of data. Now it will no longer reset unless you turn off iCloud sync or the database is reset. • Fixed an issue where a background update or extension update might stop before all the work was complete. This was especially noticeable in the “Add to Deliveries” extension—it would fail to update and sync the delivery you just added. • Improved the appearance of map routes in cases where a package goes back and forth between two locations. • Updated for changes to OnTrac, Canada Post, and Aramex Shop and Ship. • Improved date parsing for Amazon. Overnight deliveries should show the correct dates now. • Improved order detection on apple.com. • Improved mapping for DHL. • Worked around an issue where iOS would ask to save your Junecloud password to the keychain even if you had tapped cancel, or the password was incorrect. This bug also caused two different prompts when signing in successfully. Now you should only be prompted to save a valid password, after a successful sign in. • Fixed an issue where the app didn’t update immediately after turning on iCloud or Junecloud sync. • Fixed issues with password autofill when importing from a site or signing in to a service. • Fixed a crash when creating a new Junecloud account. • Fixed a crash that could happen when adding a placeholder with certain URLs. • Fixed a crash when saving a password from a web view. • Fixed some other possible crashes. • Some of the oldest code in Deliveries has been rewritten for better performance. • Improved how logs are written to disk, making it more efficient. • Support for the old style of Today widget has been removed. • Some other minor adjustments. • Note: iOS 14 or later is now required. Apple Watch: • Complications have an improved design on watchOS 9 or later. • You can now select a specific delivery for watch face complications on watchOS 9 or later. You can even show different deliveries in different complication slots, or on different watch faces.
Build 852951017v9.4.12022-11-26 01:51:12
• Fixed a bug where calendar events may not have updated after a delivery date changed to an earlier date. • Fixed a bug where map routes might have displayed in the wrong color. • Improved the Japanese text on shared images. • Fixed repeated crashes in the Apple Watch app on watchOS 8 and earlier.
Build 852052087v9.42022-10-24 14:48:09
• Updated for iOS 16 and the latest devices. • Lock Screen widgets are now available on iOS 16. Your next expected delivery is shown by default. When you’re editing your Lock Screen widgets, you can tap on a Deliveries widget you’ve added to change which delivery is shown. • You can now manually enter a delivery date for shipments from services we are no longer able to support. These shipments can also be manually marked as delivered. • Deliveries will now show a notification on the day they’re expected, including shipments with a manually entered date. This notification will be delivered at 9AM, unless there was already a notification earlier that morning. • Improved clipboard detection on iOS 16. If Deliveries frequently asks for permission to access to paste from other apps, make sure you have iOS 16.1 or later installed. Tap the gear icon, tap “Clipboard Detection”, then tap “Open Settings”. Then tap “Paste from Other Apps” and select “Allow”. • The online view is now shown as an overlay you can swipe down to dismiss. This makes it faster to return to the app if you’ve opened any links on the site. • Added support for scanning Codabar barcodes, which are often used by FedEx and Yamato, for example. This feature requires iOS 15.4 or later. • Improved performance of the barcode scanner, particularly on older devices. • If you use Mail to Deliveries, you can now review messages that were recently forwarded to your account. Visit junecloud.com/sync, sign in, tap the gear icon to open the settings, then choose “review recent messages”. • If you’re signed into a Junecloud account, there’s now an option to delete your account in the sync settings. • Fixed issues with creating an account in the app. • Fixed issues with item name detection when importing from Amazon. • Fixed an issue where some characters, like a closing parenthesis, were unintentionally removed from the end of the item name. • Fixed a bug where certain characters (like tabs) in the item name would cause an unexpected “fill out all required fields” error. Characters that aren’t allowed are now replaced with spaces. • Fixed a bug with iCloud sync that could result in delivery settings unexpectedly reappearing, particularly dates. • Fixed a bug where map routes might be the wrong color. • Made an adjustment to how data syncs in to the app, so it’s less likely to cause issues with future versions when a service is added or changed. • Some other minor improvements. Apple Watch: • Updated for watchOS 9 and the latest devices. • The large rectangular complication has an improved design that includes the current status of your package, just like our new Lock Screen widget for iPhone. • Placeholders and deliveries from unsupported services can now be marked as delivered on Apple Watch. • Improved the appearance of notifications. • Note: watchOS 7 or later is now required.
Build 847869116v9.3.22022-03-23 17:13:47

Build 847095445v9.3.12022-02-11 05:32:37
This update fixes a crash that could happen when opening the app. We have also fixed an issue on our server caused some purchases to expire unexpectedly. For full details, visit juncld.com/e39G • Fixed a crash that could happen when opening the app. • Updated copyright dates.
Build 845270511v9.32022-01-28 05:03:29
• Updated for iOS 15. • Sharing a single delivery via Messages is greatly improved. You now get a perfectly formatted link with the name of the delivery. If there’s a location, the link preview will show the map. If there’s no location, it will show the Deliveries icon. • Sharing via AirDrop now sends a link instead of a file, so it’s easier to share with someone that doesn’t have the app. • Sharing multiple deliveries now shows an accurate preview with a file icon and the number of deliveries being shared. It works more consistently and just shares a file in most cases. It also works with more services—for example you can now save to Notes. • Notifications that a package has been delivered are now marked as Time Sensitive on iOS 15. • When you use “Hey Siri, share this” or the “Add Link” button in Quick Notes, it will now use a link to share.deliveries.app. This allows those links to open in Deliveries, so they’re better for sharing and you can use them to check on your own shipments. • Improved keyboard shortcuts and navigation on iPadOS 15. • The “…” button now uses a standard menu on iOS 14 or later. • The “…” menu now always shows a “Sign In” option for Amazon orders, in case you need it. • You can now search for Apple orders using a tracking number for an individual shipment in that order. • Improved how clipboard detection is handled the first time the app is opened. • Improved validation of tracking numbers. For example there were certain cases where as USPS number with spaces would give an error instead of automatically removing them. • Improved validation for FedEx tracking numbers and Apple order numbers. • Improved support for scanning Poste Italiane barcodes. • Improved tracking number detection for LaserShip. • Improved how map views determine what part of the map to show. • Improved filtering of unwanted numbers when adding from an email. • Improved the appearance of the subscription view. • Improved results for “Add multiple deliveries” on Amazon. This is now an easy way to add all orders that have not already been added. • Fixed a bug where some deliveries might show “delivery date unknown” and no other information when there was an error updating the delivery. • Fixed a bug where an archived item that was removed from a calendar might be added back. • Fixed a bug where the “Background Notifications” setting could not be turned off. • Fixed a bug that could cause the widget to crash and appear blank after upgrading from an earlier version of the app. • Fixed a bug where deliveries could fail to update after a device was set to a date in the future. • Fixed a bug in the barcode scanner where the flashlight button was partially visible on devices that don’t support this feature. • Fixed a bug where the “Show more” button on the “Add Delivery” screen was sometimes cut off. • Fixed an issue tracking DHL numbers with a dash. • Fixed an issue where new items did not always appear at the top of the list when using manual sorting. • Fixed an issue where the app would needlessly sync with Junecloud immediately after a time change. • Fixed some animation quirks when archiving or deleting an item via a context menu. • Fixed some quirks with the preview when you press on a delivery. • Made some adjustments to the barcode scanner to reduce crashes. Apple Watch: • Updated appearance for watchOS 8. • Support for Apple Watch Series 7. • On Apple Watch models with an always-on display, the app will now dim to conserve battery instead of blurring out. • When the current location is unknown, the map will now center on the previous location when possible. • Fixed a bug where the “Updated…” text at the bottom might be cut off. • Fixed a bug where the app might freeze when scrolling down the detail view on watchOS 8. • Fixed a bug where some data was not saved correctly, which could result in missing data after archiving a delivery on Apple Watch.
Build 844199426v9.2.12021-09-23 17:51:42
This update fixes some common issues with our previous update, which included many other improvements. For full details, visit juncld.com/e39G • Fixed an issue where the app might get stuck “updating” if it was unable to upgrade the database from an older version. In most cases the app is now able to upgrade the database. If it is still unable to, the problem is now handled automatically, and a new, empty database is created. • Improved the upgrade process to minimize freezes or crashes when handling a large database. • Fixed a crash that could happen if Handoff was used before the app had a chance to upgrade its database. • Fixed an issue that prevented suggestions from showing on the Add Delivery screen. • Fixed an issue where the app might needlessly download an older service update than the one included with the app. • Fixed an issue where parts of the app’s update process (like refreshing deliveries or syncing) might not work if the startup process was interrupted. This situation is now handled automatically.
Build 843481322v9.22021-09-13 22:42:14
This is a significant update, though many of the improvements are behind the scenes. There are a large number of improvements to reliability and performance, and many smaller changes to make Deliveries easier to use. • Sharing a delivery now includes a link to deliveries.app that makes it easy for the recipient to add the item to Deliveries or view the tracking page online. If you use a “copy” action you’ll get the same info as before, with a link directly to the carrier’s tracking page. • The barcode scanner can now detect tracking numbers in text. It’s also faster and better at ignoring unwanted barcodes. • DHL shipments are now updated through deliveries.app for improved reliability and efficiency. For more about this change, visit juncld.com/e3FC • “DHL Express” is now labeled “DHL”, and supports most DHL shipments. “DHL GlobalMail” is now labeled “DHL eCommerce”. • Improved suggestions when adding a new delivery. • Improved how the Add Delivery screen shows deliveries detected on the clipboard. This simplifies the options available and allows you to dismiss the clipboard suggestions if that’s not what you wanted. • If there are multiple tracking numbers on the clipboard, Deliveries can detect all of them. • Improved how items with multiple packages refresh. For example if you have an order with one package that was already delivered, that shipment is no longer refreshed along with the others. • Maps for deliveries with multiple packages now emphasize the selected package. Maps in notifications focus on the route that’s relevant to the notification. • Map views are more efficient, and better at handling errors looking up locations. They’re less likely to animate unexpectedly while you’re adjusting the view, and they look a bit nicer too. • Creating a placeholder with the current date no longer automatically marks it as delivered. You can use the “Mark Delivered” button afterward if necessary. • Improved how parts of the app communicate with each other, for more immediate updates. • Improved syncing reliability. • Improvements for signing in to third-party services. • Item name suggestions are now ordered by when they were last used. • Fixed an issue where choosing an “edit an existing delivery” option on the Add Delivery screen might leave that item archived after saving. Now this will always show a “Restore” button. You can still edit the name of an existing delivery without restoring it if you use the search field to find it, open the “…” menu, and choose “Edit”. • Improved how the subscription view shows previous purchases. • Improved tracking number detection for Chronopost, DHL, La Poste, and UPS. • Improved link detection for DHL, USPS, and Swiss Post. • Improved importing from UPS. • Improved the appearance of the widget in situations with limited information. • Calendar events include the tracking number and link, and titles are limited to 64 characters. • The “open the app to resume background updates” notification will no longer appear if you don’t have any deliveries. • Fixed an unexpected error if you used certain characters in the Item Name field, like the chef emoji. • Localization improvements. • Fixed many different causes of crashes, and other reliability improvements. Apple Watch: • The Apple Watch app has been completely rewritten, with many small improvements. • Improved syncing reliability. • If iCloud sync is enabled, and you have another device with Deliveries installed, the Apple Watch app can show notifications even when your iPhone is unavailable. • The largest text size setting now uses an alternate layout for improved accessibility. • The complication for the Extra Large watch face is improved on Apple Watch Series 4 or later. It now uses a “gauge” style that includes a circular progress meter. • Note: maps on Apple Watch now require watchOS 7 or later.
Build 840558677v9.1.22021-02-23 19:55:03
• Fixed an issue where those who previously purchased Deliveries may have been asked to subscribe when trying to add a new delivery. • Improved subscription verification. • If you’re using Junecloud sync and your subscription expires, the subscription screen may appear when you launch the app. If you turn off Junecloud sync this will no longer appear. • The barcode scanner now has lines marking the center of the area, which can help with scanning longer barcodes. • Fixed an issue where copying a delivery included the link twice. • Adjusted how often some deliveries refresh. This mainly affects deliveries that haven’t changed in a while. For example if a delivery doesn’t have a date and hasn’t changed in over a week, it will update less often. • Improved handling of errors when updating deliveries. • Improved tracking number validation for UPS and USPS. • Improved tracking number detection for La Poste. • Improved link detection for amazon.com, ups.com, usps.com, sagawa-exp.co.jp, and others. • Improved handling of iCloud errors. • Fixed some minor issues in the German localization.
Build 839716484v9.1.12020-12-19 21:25:10
• Faster text entry: the Add Delivery screen now uses the number keyboard by default. On the Edit Delivery screen, the item name field is selected automatically if it’s empty. • Improved widget refreshing: it's more efficient and more reliable. • Fixed an issue where the app might get stuck due to an iCloud problem. • Updated support for DHL Germany. • Improved tracking number validation for Poste Italiane. • Fixed an issue where the contact form sometimes failed without an explanation if the name field was left blank. • Some other minor bug fixes.
Build 838542696v9.12020-11-25 18:48:14
• New widgets for iOS 14. • Updated for the latest devices. • Improved tracking number validation for USPS and Chronopost. • Fixed an issue where “Import from a web site” did not always detect deliveries on the page. • Fixed an issue where “Import from a web site” showed the results in the wrong order. Now deliveries at the top of the page should appear first. • Improved importing from UPS. • Improved syncing with Apple Watch. This fixes an issue where items might continue to show on Apple Watch after they were archived or deleted. • Fixed an issue with the Apple Watch complication. Previously if all of the today’s items had been delivered, the complication would count down until the next delivery. Now it will show a checkmark until the day ends, or all of the delivered items are acrhived. • Improved date detection for Apple orders. • Improved date detection for Amazon when the language is not set to the default. • Fixed unexpected errors checking Hermes and Posten shipments that do not have any information available. • Fixed an issue where some Hermes shipments would continue to show the estimated delivery date instead of the actual delivered date. • Fixed an issue where “restore purchases” did not always work as expected. • Fixed a bug where a previous purchase was not always recoginized, or a complimentary subscription would show an incorrect date. • Fixed a possible crash when showing the detail view. • Placeholders no longer count toward the maximum number of deliveries. • A few other minor bug fixes.
Build 838150565v9.0.22020-10-13 16:50:49
• Fixed an issue where iCloud sync did not work correctly for some people, particularly those who recently used the app for the first time. • Fixed an issue where some UPS tracking numbers could not be added, with an incorrect message that the number was not valid. • The “Restore Purchases” button is now shown on the Subscription screen if you have a complimentary subscription. This will refresh the expiration date if the incorrect date is shown. • The “Name” field when filling out the contact form or registering for a Junecloud account now has an option to enter your name with one tap, and has better autocorrect and capitalization behavior.

If you prefer, there is now an option to turn this feature off. • The "Add to Deliveries" extension has moved—look for the color icon in the Share sheet. • Data Matrix barcodes are now supported. These are sometimes used for Amazon return codes, for example. • Many other improvements to performance and reliability. • Note: iOS 13 or later is required. Apple Watch: • A fresh look: See more information at a glance. • The Siri watch face will remind you of upcoming deliveries. • iCloud sync keeps your deliveries up to date even if you're away from your phone. • Syncing with iPhone is faster and more reliable. • Note: watchOS 6 or later is required.

Not as useful as it used to be
Unfortunately over the 12+ years I've been using Deliveries the app has gone from reliable to barely helpful. I know much of this is out of the developer's control, it's still frustrating to pay for an app and watch it steadily decline. The only services that still automatically update for me are USPS, Fed Ex, and maybe DHL. UPS requires manually entering the delivery date; it's on you to check in to see if that changes and manually adjust. OnTrack lately doesn't connect. I find myself using this as a glorified bookmarks app for deliveries.

Voided my ownership in favor of subscription model. 0 stars.
This app deserves 0 stars! I thought this app previously, now they’ve essentially cancelled my ownership and moved to a subscription model and I’m being told I need to subscribe in order to see my tracking. Unscrupulous behavior from this developer and I don’t know how Apple allows this sort of stuff on the App Store. When I purchased this app there was never any mention of an expiration date on ownership. It was a one time fee. Now that subscription is the new model to make money, my ownership is void but with no refund. I reported this app for fraud, hopefully Apple takes it off the AppStore

App does not work, will not reply to my emails
I purchased this app back when it was a paid download, and before subscriptions were a thing. Used it for years recommended to a lot of people. And used to work great I needed to track a USPS package this week and to my surprise I couldn’t get it to update. It started asking for a subscription but it also told me since I’m a longtime user I don’t need to subscribe which is super confusing. Contacted support and they would not respond. Came here and saw others having the same issue. I guess it’s time to delete the app. :( it’s been a long run and I’ll be sad to see it go but if it doesn’t work

I used to love this app.
I have used Deliveries since its original versions, when it was a dashboard widget, and I have purchased every version since. I was an annual subscriber for years—until they started dropping carriers. As a previous purchaser, I was entitled to all the features I still used. I understand that JuneCloud claims FedEx & UPS changed forced their downgrade, yet AfterShip still works for both. Now I can’t add USPS deliveries without a subscription. So much for continuing access to previous features. Sad to see such a great product descend into user hostility.

No longer a viable app or company
Sadly, this has gradually faded into obscurity… from one of the original package delivery trackers, into oblivion… no longer even responding to paid subscribers in need of support. There is more support to be derived from the comments in other reviews. Lack of support for individual delivery companies has faded as they are denied access to pull the data needed. One would expect a refund if support for whatever service remains is yet available, but there are nothing but crickets chirping in their Support dept. I have cancelled as no other option remains to once was a very good app, available b

Awful customer service
I bought this back when you could actually buy it instead of just subscribe and was stoked to see they weren’t leaving the people who bought it behind when they switched to the subscription model. It’s been a super handy app to have! But recently all of my shipments are instantly tagged with “subscription required,” meaning the app has basically become a hub from which to click “view online.” The issue is that it says in multiple places in the app that this shouldn’t be the case for people in my situation - that this basic function should still work. “No problem,” I thought. “I’ll just clic

Greed. Another subscription!
I purchased this app under the original one-time payment model, Features that were previously included are now locked behind a subscription, including for users who already paid for the app. Attempts to contact support about this issue have gone unanswered. Without any response or resolution, there is no clear path to address account or purchase concerns. The app used to be reliable, but the current model and lack of support make it difficult to continue using. As a result, as long time customer will have to be switching to an alternative.

Quality is Slipping
We have been using Deliveries for something like a decade. Historically it was a fantastic tool, but over the last year or so the quality of the service continues to decline. I find this especially frustrating, as I used to correspond with the original software developer and suggested going to a subscription service as part of their economic model. In contrast, now there is basically no support - not even a current FAQ page of current issues being worked. USPS data continues to be consistently wrong. Of course, some of this is the decline of the Postal Service, but the app often shows info

UNBELIEVABLE !!¡!! I’m Shocked…
I’ve been using Deliveries since 2015 and to this very day, they have proven to be the most ★Ethical ★Genuine ★Truthful & ★Committed developers I have ever encountered on the App Store. After years of not using this app, the very first message I see after reinstalling is a notification that although the app has (agreeably) switched to a more realistic & sustainable platform development model, ALL OF MY ONE-TIME PURCHASED FEATURES continue to be actively supported and available to be restored. I bought this app before it became a subscription service. I paid full price and had a use of all the functions, however now since I’ve changed it to a subscription service, I don’t get any of the functions I had. It says I should be able to use all the functions I had previously however none of them seem to work. I've sent numerous emails to their help center yet haven’t heard anything. Useless Now
I’ve been using this app almost daily for the past 10 years or more with little to no issues. It wouldn’t update UPS and FedEx on the main page but I at least would gather everything in one space and USPS worked perfect. I open the app to find nothing will load the current tracking info with text that reads “subscription required”. I’ve never written a review for anything on the App Store but this was the most upsetting experience I’ve had. Was great, now broken **AVOID**
I purchased this app almost a decade ago and have always enjoyed it. When it stopped working a month or so ago, prompting me to subscribe to continuing using the features I’d enjoyed for years, I sucked it up and purchased an annual subscription to keep one of my fav apps working and to say THANK YOU to the devs for all their hard work. Well now, it’s stopped working again. My USPS packages are delivered into my mailbox… and tracking in the app never updates. Even after DAYS, there’s no update to the status of my packages. Dropped USPS Support for Grandfathered Plans
I paid for this app about a decade ago before it was subscription only. When the developer switched to a subscription model, previous purchases were restored in a severely limited capacity. It was basically all manual at that point. A little annoying, but not the end of the world. It gave me a place to manually add tracking and delivery dates. The issue is that USPS tracking, while it was one of the few carriers that actually automatically updated, has never had the option to manually mark delivered or change the delivery date. However, now it does not have this option at all with the new subs

Consistently Getting Worse
I’ve used Deliveries for over 10 years, and while the developers have continued to maintain it, the one constant has been the loss of features. First, the loss of FedEx and UPS delivery tracking, presumably as these providers have increased the cost to integrate with their services. Now, the thing that has finally prompted me to write this review was adding a USPS delivery (which has always worked) and being greeted with a “Subscription Required” message. As a past paid user, no thanks. Plenty of other apps have been jumping on this rent seeking behavior bandwagon, but this is one I can live

Purchased this app years ago and it was one of the most used apps on my phone. I loved it. When fedex and UPS stopped showing statuses, i dealt with it because at least all my packages were in one place and not in emails. I could still access their websites from the app. I got used to it. Recently, USPS stopped showing statuses and says “subscription required.” I thought it was a glitch. The help window says that all existing features should be available to legacy users and they are clearly not. USPS now requires subscription. What the hell happened? It's terrible now
I have never left a review for an app before but this one has irritated me enough that this is my first one. It's bad enough that you can't track 2 out of 3 of the largest carriers in the US in the app. But when I'm told in the app that because I've previously paid for the app I can still use most features and still cannot track USPS packages in the app, it's the final straw. Half the time I'm told "subscription required" when adding USPS packages, other times it works fine. Regardless, this app is in a sad state and you'll be getting no subscription money from me. Unfortunately Useless — Developers Need To Be More Transparent
This app CANNOT be used to track parcels going thru most of the major mail couriers. Specifically UPS & FedEx I believe. This needs to be made absolutely clear, as this is something that I wasn’t made aware of at all, until after paying for the Pro Tier Subscription & having a ton of trouble figuring out setup. Digging thru their Support Documentation is where I finally figured that out. This needs to be in big bold font right before you press the subscribe button in the app. If I would’ve read thru any of the recent reviews I would’ve already have known this — But under Apple’s “Most Helpful”

I’m not sure what happened to this app or developer. I have used this since its conception. Was the best app to ever use for tracking anything. Now it doesn’t even tracking anything. I bought the legacy version of this app a VERY long time ago, even before iCloud was a thing you could sync your deliveries to. It is a shame that my status as a “legacy” user is not being honored. I understand adding new features that require a subscription to use, but to take features away from users who have been here since the beginning and require a subscription is disappointing. If it is an issue of being able to maintain the service while remaining profitable, I get it. Completely disappointed after years of support
I bought this app years ago when it was a one time purchase. One of the main reasons I chose it over competitors was because it was not subscription based. Doesn’t Track FedEx
Used this app back when it was a buy once app and loved it. They moved to a subscription model, and I moved on. I wasn’t happy with other tracking apps so I thought I would give this a try again. The first delivery I tried to track is a FedEx delivery which the app says is not supported. Some third-party apps still manage to track FedEx and UPS shipments. Here’s why that happens, even though Deliveries can’t: 1. Official API Access Some third-party apps have: • Formal agreements or partnerships with carriers like FedEx or UPS. • Commercial API access which gives them legitimate access to tracking data. Deliveries likely doesn’t have such agreements (or chose not to pursue them, due to cost or policy changes). 2. User-Supplied Credentials Other apps (like Parcel or 17TRACK) sometimes allow: • Users to log into their FedEx or UPS accounts, pulling data directly on the use

I felt like I need to leave a review for this app. It’s been working great for me the last few years since I got it but it seems that in the last year or two, any parcel delivery service tracking number no longer works at all. It always says “Delivery Date Unknown” with the CORRECT tracking number. I always have to click on “online details” and it shows everything fine. I may as well just use the browser… there is no point to using the app. It’s still beautiful and simple which is its strength, but it seems that nothing is updating through it.

Unfortunate decline for an amazing app
I’ve been a happy user of Deliveries since it started out as a dashboard widget in OSX. I have been a happy subscriber for as long as subscriptions have even been available. And I’ve used it across every Apple device it was ever supported on as well as the Chrome extension on a PC. But as more delivery services have been disabled it’s become much less useful. I understand that the T&C’s for some carriers have potentially restrictive language, but no other app has been impacted this way. So today it’s finally time to say goodbye.

I assumed someone would fill the void left in all our hearts (and phones) by the abandonment of this critical app. The only apps that have tried either sniff one’s entire email box or are written for the dev’s own workflow and not what the market wants (not knocking his excellent work, but Parcel doesn’t work for many). So what would it take to upgrade Deliveries to scrape FedEx and UPS? Maybe this app was dramatically underpriced/undervalued and that’s why it wasn’t sustainable? I’d be willing to pay $20/year. All I know is that I cry m
