I paid for this app about a decade ago before it was subscription only. When the developer switched to a subscription model, previous purchases were restored in a severely limited capacity. It was basically all manual at that point. A little annoying, but not the end of the world. It gave me a place to manually add tracking and delivery dates. The issue is that USPS tracking, while it was one of the few carriers that actually automatically updated, has never had the option to manually mark delivered or change the delivery date. However, now it does not have this option at all with the new subs
