Used this app back when it was a buy once app and loved it. They moved to a subscription model, and I moved on. I wasn’t happy with other tracking apps so I thought I would give this a try again. The first delivery I tried to track is a FedEx delivery which the app says is not supported. Yes, I can add it to my list, but I have to click through to the FedEx website in order to actually track the package. I cancelled my subscription but wish I could get a refund instead. If you receive packages via FedEx, look for a different tracking app.
