I purchased this app under the original one-time payment model, Features that were previously included are now locked behind a subscription, including for users who already paid for the app. Attempts to contact support about this issue have gone unanswered. Without any response or resolution, there is no clear path to address account or purchase concerns. The app used to be reliable, but the current model and lack of support make it difficult to continue using. As a result, as long time customer will have to be switching to an alternative.
