We have been using Deliveries for something like a decade. Historically it was a fantastic tool, but over the last year or so the quality of the service continues to decline. I find this especially frustrating, as I used to correspond with the original software developer and suggested going to a subscription service as part of their economic model. In contrast, now there is basically no support - not even a current FAQ page of current issues being worked. USPS data continues to be consistently wrong.
