Cannot refund
I tried refunding someone but out of nowhere they decided they needed my ID (even though when I was setting up the account they said all they needed was my card and email confirmation). I show them my ID and then they ban me from the app because “they didn’t like the behaviour of this account”. So not only can I not refund the buyer, but I am now banned from PayPal.

This app is full of scammers. Every time I add my credit card and use it, money is withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. When I notice and contact them, they tell me to contact the seller! What seller are you talking about? You're thieves, sharing your customers' information in collusion with them. I advise you to stay away from them; they're scammers.

This company is a joke, sold a hockey card, shipped it 2 day tracked express and was delivered to the customer. PayPal permanently deleted my account and now won’t give me my money. Says they are going to hold it for 180 days. I’ve called 3 times this week and just get told the same thing, you account has been moved to our “back office” and we will let you know . I find it hilarious that my money is not available but you took your cut of my 3000$ instantly…… would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!

PayPal is no longer a safe money transfer method for me. They withdrew money from my account but failed to transfer it to the seller on time. As a result, the seller cancelled my important order. After that, instead of fully refunding my money, they even deducted part of the amount under the excuse of fees or charges. Unfair Account Restriction and Funds Held for 6 Months
Very disappointing experience with PayPal. After receiving a legitimate large payment, my account was automatically restricted and then permanently limited without any clear explanation. My funds are being held for 6 months, and I can no longer use my account. There was no proper communication, no real chance to explain the situation, and customer support was not helpful. It is extremely frustrating to suddenly lose access to your own money. I do not recommend this platform for handling important amounts of money.
