I tried refunding someone but out of nowhere they decided they needed my ID (even though when I was setting up the account they said all they needed was my card and email confirmation). I show them my ID and then they ban me from the app because “they didn’t like the behaviour of this account”. So not only can I not refund the buyer, but I am now banned from PayPal.
