PayPal is no longer a safe money transfer method for me. They withdrew money from my account but failed to transfer it to the seller on time. As a result, the seller cancelled my important order. After that, instead of fully refunding my money, they even deducted part of the amount under the excuse of fees or charges. So not only did I lose my important order, but I also lost part of my money. Please be very careful when using this service.
