To anyone concerned, I am dismayed with the lack of attention to detail. The app contains broken menus fonts that don't load correctly, a lack of proper design elements. Among other things the experience is an overall pain. The app and support team show a lack of coordination and at this time the app is unusable. I wish I could give it a better review but at this time I can't. Best, A.
