Need English language for Finland

Many English-speaking individuals visit Finland for vacations or short trips. If they want to select their own McDonald’s meal, this app must have English as an option. In my opinion, English is a universal language and many countries should offer English language selection for visitors to certain countries. This would help them understand the menus at McDonald’s better.

I received apologies for the delay, then got an error saying something went wrong. Please try again and make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the app. I’ve already updated to the latest version, but the delay was even longer. I waited 2 minutes and then got 'oops, something went wrong' again. Every time, I get a unique session ID that starts with U1-something.

Hard to get the location right

It’s almost impossible to put where your actual location is, I can’t put my street number and they keep choosing restaurants that are far from my house causing the food to be delivered cold. The only reason it’s 2 stars is because there are some good deals there other than that, it needs a lot of work.

It used to be a good app..

It used to be a nice app overall, but now the interface is so bloated and clunky. I can't even download it on some of my devices anymore because of not meeting the new iOS requirement that I cannot install because of my phone being old. It takes much longer to redeem or use an offer now and the offers are too big in general to have a good look through in general.

Complaint about McDonald’s app

McDonald app is garbage. It’s the most difficult app I’ve ever used, the McDonald employees are unable help, and agree 100% it’s a very difficult app to navigate. I called customer service, and while Chris was very pleasant, she also was unable help me. She suggested deleting my app and starting over. Now I’ve created a worse problem. It’s told me I’ve successfully submitted my cancellation, but when I try to start a new app, it’s telling me I already have an acct. McDonald’s needs to make their app as user friendly as Dairy Queen.

Poland Chopin airport THEY WILL NOT WAIT ON YOU!!!

Do NOT bother.. they will not wait on you!! I waited 25 minutes for two coffees .. in the mean time, they continued to fill food orders WITH coffees. When I asked why they were 20 numbers ahead of mine and I still did not have my order, I was told You Must Wait! Considering I had already paid I had no recourse but to wait… now I will not even be able to finish my expensive coffee before I board!!!!! A very lousy app

The app, other than it crashing every so often, has one of the dumbest logics and algorithms when it comes to ordering. Even when choosing the branch closest to your home, confirming the address, the app still decides to allocate the order to the furthest branch. My house is literally two walking minutes from the branch, and thinking I’ll save time by ordering and do something else while the food arrives, the order took literally 73 minutes. Garbage app. Garbage logic.

Constantly have to sign in. It doesn’t save location so you always have to search and re-enter location you always use. “Remember me” does not remember you…. Come on people come and get with the program and fix all these bugs! There are many bugs that other people have commented over a year ago, and they still have not been fixed!

Why do I need to set a language if it won’t work?

Seriously. Despite setting rhe app to English, all I have in english is the bottom row where the tabs are listed. All deals, item descriptions and whatever else might be in the app is in a foreign language, and I feel like an idiot for even trying to change the language. I’d give a much higher rating if the app had no language option, so at least it wouldn’t give false hope that you’re about to understand anything.

Rewards points are barely ever posted

It has come to my attention that almost once out of every two times that I visit the McDonald’s when the accounts barcode is scanned the points from the purchase never go to the account. It’s a bug that the application has. Doing one of my most recent visits, the attendant had to scan my application three times within the span of 30 minutes until it finally worked.

What did you mean by « remember me » when logging in to place an order ? Charging extra money.!

My experience with this app is one of the worst. 1st it took forever to try and make a payment. Apparently, you can only use credit card to pay although they have K-net and cash on delivery options! 2nd they charge extra 1 KD when using credit card on top of your actual order receipt. 3rd 5 failed tries I had to go through before my order is placed. 4th The provided tracking order is wrong and cannot be used to track your order. 5th There is McDonald's Branch 10 minutes away from where I live and yet the order is an hour and half LATE!! This was awful. I would not recommend this app to anyone

The app is amazing but needs a lot of bug fixes, developments and more features. Such as the pickup or delivery, search options, the ability to track my order and push notifications to update me about my order. Also, there’s a problem on the McDelivery page.
