McDonald app is garbage. It’s the most difficult app I’ve ever used, the McDonald employees are unable help, and agree 100% it’s a very difficult app to navigate. I called customer service, and while Chris was very pleasant, she also was unable help me. She suggested deleting my app and starting over. Now I’ve created a worse problem. It’s told me I’ve successfully submitted my cancellation, but when I try to start a new app, it’s telling me I already have an acct. McDonald’s needs to make their app as user friendly as Dairy Queen.
