The app, other than it crashing every so often, has one of the dumbest logics and algorithms when it comes to ordering. Even when choosing the branch closest to your home, confirming the address, the app still decides to allocate the order to the furthest branch. My house is literally two walking minutes from the branch, and thinking I’ll save time by ordering and do something else while the food arrives, the order took literally 73 minutes. Garbage app. Garbage logic.
