I received apologies for the delay, then got an error saying something went wrong. Please try again and make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the app. I’ve already updated to the latest version, but the delay was even longer. I waited 2 minutes and then got 'oops, something went wrong' again. Every time, I get a unique session ID that starts with U1-something.
